Hello All,
Odd issue has arisen on my 2ES. When stopped at a stop light, I can feel a vibration in the wheel. If I turn the wheel to the left or right the shaking stops but towards the center it is noticeable. Also, recently I have noticed that once in a while a strong shaking is noticed while driving at 50mph+. It usually goes away and the car is smooth as silk.
i have alot of experences with ''shaking steering wheel '' but never noticed a ''shake'' when i was stopped , only at 50 mph , it was my break , the other time, i lost a rims ... but maybe its a stabiliser ? when you immediatly release the brake the shaking stop ?? or stop when you pull gas ? is it shaking when in neutral ?

i think everyone's es300 shakes now ive seen a few and mine does the same slightly while at a light for a long time and above 60 mph...no one can find the answer for me either
If the steering wheel is shaking side-to-side then that sounds like a whee/tire problem. Could be that your tires are worn, I would check that first. I would also have the wheels spin balanced. If that does not help, do an alignment and get the readings. If those fail have your steering column checked, you may be able to tighten it a bit 1/8 - 1/16 of a full turn.
