Sorry about your accident.

All of your pictures are taken from too close up, so its hard to tell exactly what's wrong.

Could you take a few more pictures from a bit further away so that we can see more of the whole car, and get a better perspective of what you need.

Either way, the only scrap yard around Montreal that i know has an ES 300, is in Douverney, just North of Laval. 450-661-8510 or 1-800-363-2212, but its a year 2000, so am not sure if it will fit your car.

Fender looks like it got fubared.

Check a local salvage yard for one. The beige was probably the most common color so it shouldn't be too hard to source one. GL!

I could not really tell from your pictures, that's why I was hoping you will post different ones, but from what I THINK I see, your accident looks repairable, without needing to change fenders.

A garage will sell you an aftermarket Fender, which are never as good, and never fit as well as an Original Lexus Fender. So if possible, either fix yours or get a Lexus fender from a scrap yard. Just make sure it the right Fender for your car.

Post better pictures of the damage

It does not look too bad. To me it looks like the fender is easily repairable. Make sure that they check and fix any hidden damage to the frame, chassis, or steering, and that you do a wheel alignment if necessary. Have them treat it for Rust after the repair.

Once repaired, and repainted, it should look as good as new.

Get at least 2-3 Estimates. I don't know what the estimate should be, but it does not look to bad.

Insurance is not paying??

Since you will not be doing the repairs yourself, it may be less expensive to let the body shop of your choice find and install the parts for you. They can usually get a better price than you can for parts. If you buy and bring them your own parts, than they will usually charge you more for the labour.

If you found a used fender for example on your own, than tell them where you found it, and they can order it. This way, if there is any problem than its their problem and not yours. They also usually have access to scrap, or aftermarket parts. and if all fails than OEM parts at a better price than you can get.

Just make sure that you get a good estimate from a body shop that you trust.

Of course if you plan to do the repairs yourself, than its a different story.

Good Luck,
