100$ for a Lexus fender is GOOD. I mean aftermarket civic fenders non-painted go for about the same price... And good luck getting someone to ship you a fender without it costing around 100$ in shipping alone.

the best price i had was 1100 $ with the fender at 100 $ ... i dont think ill do the repair

^^ buy the fender. take it to maaco to paint [not the best job but they'll put some paint on it for cheap]

Or if you can, than at least buy the fender now and keep it for when you will need it. You can always have it painted later. Its very rare to find those fenders in Montreal.

Just make sure that it will fit your car. I know that the one you found at the scrap yard is from an ES300 '2000, and that your car is an ES300 '1998.

Also, maybe you can bargain with the scrap yard for a lower price, or offer to give them a small deposit so that they can hold it for you for a several months.
