2004 ES330 CD player

My CD changer/player just died... of couese it had 6 borrowed cd's now stuck inside. Any ideas where or how to replace the changer? My local audio shop says they can't help.

Is it the in-dash changer? Or the one in the center console?

it's the in-dash one... I think to internal motor just died- won't play or eject.
