Default Diff fluid help?

Ok, I have a 1998 ES300 and I guess at some interval I have to change all fluids and diff oil. I know how to do all but the diff oil. I can see a drain plug farther back from tranny pan. So, I guess this is the drain plug for diff oil. So, where do I fill/install the new fluid/oil? I do not see a fill plug and I guess the tranny fluid is separate then the diff oil (not connected). Any help?

Thank a billion

It is not totally seperate, as the diff overflows into the tranny constantly. The only problem is being low on fluid. I'm not sure where it is since I've lost my haynes manual. Try to get one.
