Question Diff oil?

Ok, I have a 1998 ES300 and I guess at some interval I have to change all fluids and diff oil. I know how to do all but the diff oil. I can see a drain plug farther back from tranny pan. So, I guess this is the drain plug for diff oil. So, where do I fill/install the new fluid/oil? I do not see a fill plug and I guess the tranny fluid is separate then the diff oil (not connected). Any help.

thank a billion

The diff is connected to the trans. and you fill it up throught the trans. dip stick tube. It'll take about 3 1/2 qt. with trans. fluid and diff. fluid drained.
