Default new guy needs help

hi guys, my name is derek and i'm new to the forum and i have a 2002 es300, i think my questions are kind of basic but i couldnt find the answers using the search, i am doing my front brakes and i need to know

1. what are the torque specs for the caliper bolts and the caliper bracket bolts?

2. how do you remove the rotors when they are frozen on? i'm going to get them turned down, so i dont want ot beat on them and i have a 3 arm puller which i would have no issue using if i was replacing the rotors, is there a special tool? could someone show me a pitcure of it?

thanks derek

Hey Derek, welcome to CL.

As the repair manual states, the caliper mounting plate should be torqued down to 79 ft.lbs.

As far as the frozen rotor, there should be two threaded holes on the rotor, on the hub area. Find matching threaded screws and with WD-40 screw them in. This will force the rotor out.
good luck with the brakes.
