Default Window problems

My passenger side window switch can go up and down using the master switch from the driver side and can go down using the passenger side switch, but won't go up using the passenger side switch; what could the problem be and when it is going up via the master switch it is rather slow. What could be the problem? I guess the problem is either at the passenger side switch or the dieing window motor.

If the passenger window goes up/down using the master switch from driver side i guess there is no problem with the passenger window motor. So the problem might be with the passenger side switch. Try opening the switch and cleaning it might solve the problem. I experienced similar problem with my 1992 Accord and after opening the switch i just cleaned the metal contacts which solved the problem. I dont know whether the same thing is applicable to lexus too...
