Default Drl's

Ok I know this topic has been brought up over and over in here but I have a problem with this subject. I have a 99 es and have DRL's. Now over the course of the year I have been noticing that the EXACT same model and year driving by without DRL's!! And a lot of them were old people so I know they did not customize anything. So my point is, there has to be a way to program it out! If anyone knows please let me know.....thanx

I've noticed the same thing, and I've come to the conclusion that some of the ES models did not come with DRLs from the factory. You could disconnect the high beams to get rid of the DRLs, but then you'd lose the function of the high beams. I tried removing the fuse for the DRL function, but the DRLs still come on, so I am unsure of how to disable them
