hey everyone

i know there are alot of drl questions being asked but ive yet to see this one ask and ive already searched for it...

but is there any way to have my drl's light up another light besides my high beam? say for instance i want to have leds as my drls and not the high beams.

can anyone help me out?

One possible solution: 1. go to the dealer and have your drl turned off so your high beam will only function as high beam. 2. Whatever place you have in mind to add the drl (eg: next to fog light) will need to tap into the fuse box (eg: ig-on).

That means your drl will also be on, even when headlight is on.

Not sure if this is a good solution but this is something that I have in mind for a while but have not had time to do it yet.

 

yeah i was thinking of tapping into the fuse box but the problem is that i want just the LED's on and not the LED's and the factory ones...

the only ways i can see to do it, i would either have the factory ones on with the LED's or not have any high beams cuz the DRL's and the headlight high beams are in the same fuse
