Transmission speed sensor?

Transmission speed sensor?
I just got a CEL on my sis's ES and my Lexus tech told me this was the prob. Anyone else have this go bad? Somebody told me there were 2 identical tranny speed sensors in the ES. Do i have to change both, or just one of them? Let me know if you guys have any other input on this.
