Default 2000 es300 p171 code

i got a check engine light for p171 system too lean bank 1, i get two of those codes everytime it gets triggered, i reset it everday hoping it woudl go away, what shoudl i check for, car drives fine i was told it could bea vacuum leak maybe im wrong, but two of the same code is funny, anyways lemme know wat u guys think

Possible causes
Air intake hose loose, Fuel line pressure low , Fuel injector leak or blockage, Heated oxygen sensor malfunction, Mass Airflow Meter (MAF), Engine coolant temperature sensor.

The most common cause is the MAF
Clean the MAF sensor; it's located right behind the air filter housing. Use an electrical/electronic spray cleaner. Clean the inside and outside sensors on the unit. The sensor will have to be removed from the housing/intake plenum.

im also have ing loss of power, seeems in high rpms, its intermittent, i think some idiot washed the engine when i bought it.
