Hello my name is Casey and I have a 94 blue lexus es300 1994 and i am having issues getting the air bag light off and dont want to buy a expensive obd1 reader riggt befor i sell it and my. Local lexus dealer wants to charge me. 100 dollars to turn it off is any one has a solution for me not to buy a diagnostic tool or take it in to dealer i would greatly appreciate the advice thank you so mcuh

Use this procedure except the timing needs to be much much faster basically as fast as you can bounce 2 wires off and on. The data connector in your car may look different than the picture.



The SRS light will not go out if there is a problem with the system.

Those directions i really dont understand could u put into step by step layman's terms for me im no technical or macanic so if you could explain what the picture is asking me to do it really help I don't want to mess up the computer or brain.. So if you could write it out steo by step in dummy terms would help a whole lot

Put a separate wire in the TC and AB terminals, take those wires and quickly alternate connecting them to ground. So TC to ground then not, AB to ground then not, repeat until the light flashes quickly. This can take many attempts to get it right.
