Default Smoke (steam?) from under hood

My 97 Lexus ES300 has been smoking a light whiteish color whenever I drive it - even just for a trip around the block. The car is not overheating, and the fluids were just topped off. I suspect a leak from somewhere, as I could hear a fluid dripping when I opened the hood after driving it.

I have attached photos - I’m planning on buying a new car very soon and just need this one to last me until I have purchased a new car... Debating if the repair will be worth it. Any help is much appreciated!!!

Crawl under the car and take a look. First guess is the power steering pressure hose.

Near there is a PCV valve and if that is broken or loose, particularly the hose connecting it, it could smoke.

I am going to guess that your rear valve cover gasket or camshaft seal is leaking, dripping down onto your rear exhaust manifold.
