Default After my battery died and installed a new one my car wont start! Need advice

Hello, im new to this but need help bad. So my battery on my 1998 ES300 went out so bought a new one and installed it (Correctly) and right after that my car wont start. It will crank, but wont start. So I had my mechanic come check it out, He said "no spark". We checked ALL of the fuses, gas, fuel pump, crank and cam sensors and so on, everything was good.
I had it towed to a alarm place down the street because they said maybe we can buy pass the alarm on the car (Factory alarm).
Well when he ran the code it said something like "Key not found" or "Key chip not found"
So we had a lock smith come out, to flash the ECU, and make a new transponder key. Still did not work.
Security light still blinks, with key in the ignition or out.
I even bought a ignition with the responder ring and amplifier on it which was a pain in the *** to get the original one off, and that didnt work. (It was used from Ebay but they said they tested it)
So I dont know if anyone had the same problem before and found a solution so wanted to ask CL.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Security light should stop blinking when you put a programmed key in. Sounds like a programming issue, I'm wondering if the locksmith programmed it correctly, you should check to see if you are still getting the C codes.

Yeah its crazy because it will continue to blink, I had 2 locksmiths try it, 2 flashes each and a key each. Still a no go. I was also told that the factory security has nothing to do with it, but I kinda think its something to do with the alarm. When the bad battery was taken off it was off for about 45 min. Im not sure if that has anything to do with the computer, security, or something getting erased since the battery was off so long.

Sometimes the factory security programming in the key can be lost. As such it will not match the ecm. Tow car to dealer, go with it and take all keys and valet key and key card. They will reprogram everything and get it working for a small fee.

Thats my next step, figured if I couldn't figure it out I will have to go to the dealer, but I think they charge alot so was trying to escape the cheaper route I guess. Another thing is when I bought the car it didn't come with the original key, I guess the dude bought it from an auction. So he had a locksmith come out and make a key for it (From what he told me) and I dont have the alarm part for the car either. It just came with one key.

The dealer will have to sort it out but you can order new, uncut, unprogrammed keys from amazon for decently cheap.
