Default Not running smoothly after oil change

I don't know if I'm imagining it but I can't help thinking that my '06 ES330 (52k mile) is not running as smoothly as before.

If I'm not imagining it, what might have gone wrong during the oil change?

Check:
- oil level
- dip stick is all the way in
- oil cap is secured
- check for any loose/leaking vacuum line
- check if the air filter box is secured / sealed
