Driver door lock button works only first 3 times

Driver door lock button works only first 3 times
Hi There,
Got a fob from ebay, try to program it.
But, lock/unlock driver side button only works first 3 times, after that, it's not going to lock or unlock. Reset, it will work again for first 3 times. Other door lock is ok.
What should I look? It's 99 Lexus ES300.
