The driver's door lock on my '96 is no longer working. Neither the keyless or key work, though the other doors are normal.

I found a thread on this topic but my situation differs in that when I tried to use the key in the lock, the lock pushed into the door cavity and now there is a hole. The lock seems to have moved to the side inside the door.

Does anyone know what might have happened and what to do?
