yeah if you completely disconnected the battery for that time you are good. I was thinking the computer might have had an error if the MAF was unplugged and the battery was still on.

Dont know why your Ebrake is on.

I have no earthly idea. Dont forget to check out the equivalent year Camry or Solara for ideas.

A couple people have told me that I should see nearly no improvement at all with the intake until I free up some room in the exhaust. One person even suggested only replacing the section of pipe between catalytic converter and stock muffler. I made CLEAR mention I do not want the pissed off bumble bee sound coming from my Lexus.

i could see that being true if you have a 1" exhaust like the honda i worked on yesterday for a friend. But i noticed better throttle response.

I didnt really think about this until my friend pointed it out but the CAI sucks in air from the front slits in the bumper. Thought I would take a pic of it.
