Default Headlight assembly

Hi everybody. I have a dumb question. I am looking for a black headlight assembly with factory HID for a 2004 es330.. i can find them everywhere for halogen, but not HID. Does anyone know where i might find them (new)? Thank you.

You'll have to custom make your own.

There are black versions that take halogen, go LED with those and you're good. Only problem is they have fluorescent halo rings, old technology that tends to go bad.

Thanks! I don't like the halo rings. I will figure it out.

To go LED, I can bypass the ballast? I had purchased some assemblies, but they were for halogen. I got confused when trying to figure out what to do. I bought an LED conversion kit, but the lights still used the ballast HID ballast. There was not enough room in the new assemblies to keep the LED connection in the housing when it was attached to the ballast. Plus I still needed a connection for the power to the ballast, which the LED conversion kit did not have. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks again.

12 volts normally going into the ballast (2-pin connector) goes to the LED bulb instead I'm sure there are adapter harnesses out there. Unknown to me if the fan on the LED bulb will play nice with the housing, is there a rubber boot/dust shield? They can be a problem.

Yes, there is a rubber dust cover The dust cover does have a hole in it though...
