Is the mirror switch on the CT200h backlit? If so, I'm wondering if it's the arrows as well as the "L" and "R" button. I plan on using one to retrofit into my 2008 RX350 which has no such option.
I just went out and checked on my 2016, and sure enough, it is backlit by built-in green LEDs. You can see that the switch is built into the panel, but maybe it can be used on your RX350. Hope this helps!
Thank you very much! They're probably the same 1206 SMD chips that they use in all the other switches. If I get around to this, I'll post a DIY here on how to change the LEDs.

Definitely do! I have to post up a thread as well changing out green leds to white for the HVAC panel. I need to do the other pieces.
Where are you getting your 1206smd leds from? I ordered about 30 different ones trying to get that "lexus" white color that is in my wife's NX and my RCF. I've narrowed it down to 3 I believe that I have.
I got mine from AliExpress. These ones are a little more “white” than the Lexus ones, maybe they are 5500k and Lexus is using 6500k for a more “blue” appearance?
White aftermarket LEDs I added to the window switch (these were originally green in my 2008 RX350)
Finished result, pure white but still looks gold
2020 RX350 OEM steering wheel lights, these are more blue
Like promised, I would provide an update! Like I thought, these switches use 1206 chips. These come with green chips and they take three chips per assembly while receiving around 2 volts. Here is the polarity:
