Hi! I have a 2012 CT 200h with roughly 98k miles.... loved the car and never had an issue until a few days ago. Went to start up the car and started fine, but the infotainment screen apeared to be stuck on the audio off page. Went to go turn it on, and none of the buttons on the radio seem to work. The mouse is also oddly loose and does not work on the screen. I have tried to turn the car on and off multiple times, and there has been no change. The only change in the screen is if I go to reverse and the backup camera comes on. Today, the screen was solid black. After turning the car on and off, the screen came back on but was completely frozen again. Does anyone know what this issue is? I've made an appt with the dealership but they can not see me for two weeks. Is the vehicle safe to drive/ is this just a radio problem? I have looked at a few forum threads and seen similar issues, but the end result never seemed to be posted. Just want to make sure this isn't necessarily an emergent issue. Thanks for the help!
