Pulled engine fuses now no ABS, PS and check hybrid

Pulled engine fuses now no ABS, PS and check hybrid
Hello all,
I was trying to trace down a blown fuse for two things (HVAC Blower and license plate lights.) I found the blown hvac but didn't find the license plate fuse.
Well now I have almost all the warning lights lit up as well as the low tire pressure light flashing. I get no power steering or ABS and the check hybrid system light is on. I unplugged the battery and hybrid battery in hopes things work reset themselves with no luck.
Any idea on how to fix it?

You said you unplugged the battery AND hybrid battery, did you fully seat the service plug and latch it?
Your license plate lights share a 10A TAIL fuse with your rear combination tail lights and front marker/parking lights. It's probably just the bulbs that are out.
