Default Bluetooth Issues

Hello all-

I was needing help, I had a Lexus enform membership installed on my car at purchase but after 3 years one day the startup screen on my car changed and all of my information I had stored on the car disappeared. What is most frustrating, however, is that my car will no longer connect automatically to bluetooth. In order to connect my phone I must connect it like it is a new device every time I turn the vehicle on. Any way I can get it to remember pairing my phone after I turn the vehicle off? Thank you all!

Bluetooth condition first, completely remove your phone from the car and the car from your phone.
Shut your phone off fully, cold dark dead and restart. Repair the phone. Do you have other devices
paired to your phone such as hearing aids or fitness trackers?

Enform questions can be addressed by simply pressing the overhead "SOS" button. The voice inside
the car will ask "Is this an Emergency?" No "Do you want Enrollment or Roadside?" Enrollment
You will now get a live operator and you can confirm your status.
