Default Cant Find GPS Disc Location

Ive got a new GPS disc, but it sounds like the disc is under the gear shifter.
When i press eject disc i can hear it ejecting then it hits something and then goes abck in.

Anyone changed their disc before?
Do i have to remove the gear console to get access to it?
SOunds strange

Where is NSW? You must have something different wherever that is. US CTs are hard drive based and don't have a Nav disc.

For the older CT in the US, I believe we have to go to the dealer to update the maps using the USB port. The new CTs that I often get for loaners use a micro SD card for GPS maps.

I have F Sport with GPS and it says its NAV Disc V12, current disc is V20.

It could be that Australia versions are different than US Versions. In the US the 2011-2012 CT200h have hard drive Darabase that are updated via USB dongle. The last time Lexus used discs was 2009 model year in the US.

Here is the listing
http://lexus.sewellparts.com/data/v14.php

My 2005 Prius had a disk mounted under driver seat. You may want to look there.

Try calling your local dealer and asking them.

Has anyone figured out a way to update their own maps?
