Replacement DIY for passenger rear window.
My son has a 2015 CT200h recently purchased. The passenger rear window sustained deep scratches. This will be a DIY repair. The question is where to find instructions on the removal of the glass and installation of the replacement glass?

Depending on how deep they are, you could try polishing the glass with cerium oxide powder.
Otherwise, remove the door liner (rear is very similar to the front):
Then you'll simply have to plug the window controls back in and move the glass to a point where you can unbolt the glass panel from the regulator scissor assembly. Just be very careful when installing and aligning the new window, as you can inadvertently make contact with the scissor assembly and scratch things, again.
Also, the acousti-seal black sealant around the plastic vapour barrier is very messy; wear gloves/bad clothes and have someone help you...that or have masking tape ready to temporarily tape the vapour barrier out of the way while you're working.
This shouldn't be far off from the same procedure on the CT:
