Default 2014 Lexus ct 200h ran over dead deer

As the title says on my way to work this morning I ran over a deer carcus that I couldn't see bc the 18 wheelers in front of me just drove right over it. I was half a mile from work so when I stopped I checked the car and noticed no immediate issues. Fast forward hours later I'm driving home from dropping off my wife and my tire blows out on the highway that's when I noticed my rim got dented right below the hole in my tire. Took the tire to get replaced with a brand new tire, and now I've noticed after reaching around 50 mph there is almost like a dull vibration noise from the same side of the car that the tire was replaced. Steering wheel is driving straight and the car doesn't pull to either side, but the noise gets louder the faster I go. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It might be the tire itself. Different tires make different noises. I assume the wheel is also new as well.

So you had the wheel repaired and the tire replaced and it balanced out ok, but you still have a noise at 50 mph? No shaking, just noise?
Was the wheel repaired by a qualified wheel repair place?
Is the new tire the samebrand and model as the old tires?

New tires can be noisier, it may quiet down in a 1000 miles.

I trust the shop inspected the suspension and steering for possible additional damage? Maybe one of the CV Joints was damaged or the brake rotor.
