Oh yea, I'm number 14 on the list and I'm getting mine later than TLcoat, even though we both live in socal. If only UPS delivered on Saturday without additional fee .

When are you getting yours installed?

Well mine was also ready to be shipped on Wed, but I think PPE forgot, so they didn't send it out until the following night. It's okay though, they're coming today. It's going to be tough having them sit on my desk and not being able to install them. There are at least 10 guys who received theirs already. How come we haven't heard much from them!?

I got mine in black finish. There was a mixup because I originally wanted polished, but they though I wanted black. Because the black one was already done, they could either ship that out or wait til the following week to get another set coated. I opted to get the black set (at no additional cost ). I figured it's probably better when it comes to smog checks. I need my engine bay to look stock as possible!

Got an email from PPE about the situation of my header with the pinhole. I have two options. I can have another set shipped out to me that should be here by friday or monday. Then ship my set back at no cost. Or i can have someone weld it and send them the bill. I'm thinking that sending it back would be the way to go that way it doesn't look like a mess after it gets welded without a Jet-Hot coat on it.

I agree, the reweld would probably allow heat and moisture to reach metal from the uncoated Jet-Hot area and cause rust to build up. PPE sounds like the way to go. Good to hear PPE are backing their work.

I just received my headers on Tuesday. I was number 7 on the list and I had the black coating applied because of the SMOG laws in California.
