how freakin loud would these make the ls430 if it were 20hp gains without adding that loud raspy headers noise i may be more interested ...?
We tested on an 01 LS430 with stock cats and stock exhaust. There was no noticable sound difference.
Removing the cats or changing the muffler would make it louder, but the our headers bolt to the stock equipment. The stock manifolds are a very bad design, the choke down to about an inch in diameter. Ours have a 2.5" outlet. Torque increase was also in the 20 ft*lb range.
