Anyone have experience with the Lexus Collision Centers in OC? My parked car got hit.
Hi All,
Some idiot hit my parked car (SuperWhite GSF), I have a feeling they were trying to squeeze through 2 spots to cut across the parking lot or was turning around my car when they hit me. Being that it was on the passenger side, I did not see it until today. Paint is missing and there are small dents in the black area in the picture and a small crease too. The bumper popped out a little but I popped it back in, so I don't even know if the tabs are broken. Only got 2000 miles on my car, very upset and sad, but I guess stuff happens.
Has anyone used the Lexus Collision Centers to do these types of repairs? Or do you have other recommendations. I want the SuperWhite color to match without overspray, if that is even possible. Anyone try Longo Collision Center? Picture of damage below.
Thanks in advance.

Any decent shop would remove the bumper when painting, so over spray shouldn't be an issue. Something to keep in mind is that the bumper (some type of plastic) and the rest of the car (metal) will always be a different shade because of the difference in material. It's one of those things that you won't notice when buying a brand new car, but you'll be more critical of when the car is being repaired.
I've never used the longo collision center before, but all my other experiences with the dealership would lead me to believe if the paint doesn't match that well, then they'll make it right.

I'm going through similarly. Mine is at T-D Auto Body in San Gabriel, CA. Small operation but outstanding body work and service:, with more than reasonable charge. I had my Lotus worked on about 5 years and still looks excellent.

ReyRey, sorry for you mishap. Like i said before, on the FB group. Go check out C&C collision in Alhambra and ask for Nathan. They will fix your car and return it as brand new showroom condition. They are pricey, if you have a low insurance deductible, i will go that route. Trust me on this.
