Default IS250 Frozen Navigation - Looking for someone to fix in SoCal

My wife's 2006 IS250 Nav Screen froze up. Of course the dealership quoted 2K to fix/replace. Anybody in the Southern California area that knows how to DIY fix this? I know the thread is out there on how to fix, just looking for someone who has done this before.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Pm DaKi3241 here on CL.

He fixes them and lives locally.

He fixed mine and I think he's fixed over 60 plus navi's that have frozen.

The 4 gold ribbons on the inside become loose and need to be re-attached by soder I believe.
