Default Custom Interior

Who has had interior work done locally?

I want to have my roof (headliner) and pillars done in black and get rid of the gray that the car has.

Gytis is this something you can do when you paint the car for me I think the previous owner was a smoker and when it gets warmer out I smell it and my wife really picks up on it. I want to get rid of it and I want it darker in the car anyway

Any suggestions let me know please of if someone can do this as a side job I am up for it

haha. This is exactly what I want to use. I was also considering inserts in the middle of the leather seats. Only down fall is I loose the cooled seat feature but I really dont use it. Heated seats in the winter for sure.

Only place I know of is Riggs Bros. I just have never used them except for Tint in St Charles when I was in School still....

Gytis may have someone being from the body shop they have to use someone I would assume or outsource to a place.

Was going to say Riggs brothers as well, you beat me to the punch (lol). I have seen their work many years ago in an aftermarket leather kit and it was nice.

P.S. I have a dashboard Jesus for you "GS".

I should have also stated, I used Katskin aftermarket leather in my 99 Altima and it was crap. My buddy got me the kit for 1/2 off ($740) and we did it ourselves. It was a poor quality type.

Alcantara (ala. Faux Suede) is vry hard to clean and keep clean. The plus side, It is perfect in summer and winter and you do not slide around.

i'm to chicken to try this by myself, Just realized I would need to replace all the hardware and make it black. Not sure if it comes in black or not, I think all the headliners are grey on the CTS-V's

There's a guy I've used in the past for my Prelude that was out in Elgin. This guy did/does extreme interiors for low-riders and such. The work I wanted done was easy for him and charged me not very much (I was expecting to pay three times as much as I did).

I have his card somewhere, I'll have to dig it up.

Since my car, he's done many, many imports.
