OK I bought a FOB from eBay (seemed legit) and I've taken the FOB to two different dealerships with both telling me the were unable to program. I guess there's always a chance they are just saying that but I bit the bullet and paid for a new one. God damned $250 bucks and they wouldn't waive the 30 dollar programming fee either.

What a bummer. Lesson learned is DO NOT LOSE YOUR FOB

I wasn't concerned with returning the lease with only one FOB more so than I was concerned with losing my remaining master FOB. Wouldn't be able to drive my car if that happened.
