Would Lexus be the only ones I could get a spare key from? And about how much would they charge? Bought a car that was missing one of the keys from the fob.

In the olden days, you could get a third party to create a new key for you. With technology nowadays, the only people able to give you a new key would be Lexus themselves. This is a good thing, though. You want the minimal number of people able to replicate your key possible.

A replacement will likely run you a few hundred dollars.

Search the forum. A few have used eBay and saved a lot of money.

The fob is expensive and programming it to the car is also costly, the mechanical key is
relatively inexpensive and only needs to be cut to match. Try a locksmith shop.
