Cars survived for 100 years without PPF with priceless Ferraris and Bugattis etc.
Try removing that Ppf and most likely it does more harm than good.
That's because most drive them like twice a decade and they spend their lives covered in a garage. It's a special Corolla, daily driving is what it was meant for

Rock chips at 100+ majorly mess up paint. My 430 lost nearly all its wheel arch paint in 4000 miles...shredded by road dirt. If it had PPF behind the wheels and on the bottom of the rockers/rear fenders it would have avoided it. Same with front end chips
If you drive it hard the PPF will save the paint. I don't see how removal is an issue?
At first I was going to call the 3 cylinder engine cute, but theres some serious good implications to come from this engine. With smaller engines there reliability issues but at 40kilos, you can essentially pull the entire engine and swap in a new one in less than an hour. That's insane.
But of course, its not going to be as smooth as a v6
Congrats on the car but why PPF on a Corrola.
i have a shop around my way and they do a ton of Model 3, Y etc - I’m just confused why ppl spend so much money when its probably cheaper to repair if anything happens.
Daily driving it on the highway everyday and its black. Would like to keep looking decent for awhile.

Acura has a new 6 in one of their crossovers. And I think the Pilot has a new 6. 4 cylinders are crap. From any brand
I had a V6 in my Acura TL and Lexus IS250. Since then I've had 2 BMW 2.0Ts - the BMW engine is more powerful and more efficient than both of them. No desire to revert to those V6s.

A 4 cylinder is still nothing to cheerlead about. Even worse with start-stop. (I own two of them, thankfully no start-stop).
