Absolutely amazing review of the new Chevy blazer.
‘Hard to show some passion for 153hp I3. Not a fan of the dash design. I personally like the design and the previous interior. Nice little vehicle

‘Glad you really like full time 4WD. I would never get a suv without it. I am stunned Toyota added it to the Tacoma for 2024. And thrilled GX, Land Cruiser and LX still have it. It’s a shame the Tundra lacks it and the Sequoia even more disappointing as the first and second gen had full time 4WD built into their multi mode transfer case

Wind noise does not increase dramatically at all past 90, still stays quiet as a tomb inside. But yeah, you're going faster so it is a little louder.
Range Rover and others could learn a thing or two from Lexus if that's the case as you are saying. I went up past 100, still extremely quiet.
Ita not that it’s loud, but high profile vehicles tend to have more wind noise at high speed than sedans. If you compared it side by side with your LS my guess is the same difference is there.
We’re car enthusiasts. You have to open it up and see what it can do, see what you paid for. 😁
this is about the fastest i've gotten the LS up to, the car felt great! was happy to keep going, but that stretch of road was coming to an end and i was already decisively ahead of the 2015 camry 4-cyl rental car my buddy was in
also gotta love 5.4 mpg at 130 mph lol, makes me wonder what the E55 is getting at WOT

I wouldn’t drive an LX at 140 lol
Me neither lol. Pretty impressive top speed though for what it is I think, who needs a non-performance SUV that will go 138MPH???
Sooo my coin tray with the cigarette lighter in front of my shifter is shut and wont open. I put too many coins in it. Any way i can get it unstuck? 2004 gs300
I haven’t been above 120mph on a U.S. road since I was a teen. And even when I did hit 120mph it was a very short burst while passing someone in Wyoming. It’s just not for me - I’m far more into challenging twisty roads, the occasional legal high speed jaunt, and track days.
I definitely would not drive an SUV that fast. Not lecturing or judging. It’s just a resounding hell no for me personally.
Not my proudest moment but I’ve hit the 130 mph limiter a couple times in my X7. To be honest it was a quick burst and got up to the limit before I even knew it and I only knew it because it wouldn’t go any faster. It actually felt pretty stable.
Motor Trend's SUV of the year, the fabulous EV Blazer... There's a stop sale it's such a great vehicle. The Motor Trend article fanboyism is hard to avoid, complete garbage fake news.
140 in the sequoia
105 in the Jeep
167 in the truck (out of gear not power)
150 in my dads Range Rover, got to 100 fast
115 in the Touareg
187 in the 4.0 A8, only 3 times though....it heat soaks bad after about 115 and after 130 there is no way it can keep up with the W12 and is already behind that car.
130 in the 460 (limiter)
130 in the W12 (limiter, but I hit it near every drive)
I'm getting the W12 delimited for a 200+ run soon

Oh wow!! I’ve had the LX little over 100mph I believe only once when I rushing my wife to hospital after her water broke. When I’m hustling the LX I put it in sport mode because it feels somewhat floaty at high speeds when in comfort mode. 140mph???? I’m not sure I feel confident enough to try it. 🫣
