Dang... that's a lot of money to burn. Need to "burn" some? I'm glad you had fun safely. I wonder if this car made it.

Fireworks also were noticeably more expensive this year, like everything else. Just an observation.

It depends on where you go. There’s a fireworks outlet in Summersville which is like 25 minutes from my cousins house that has great prices. The same fireworks from like a tent we’re almost 3 times as expensive.

Prices near me are up by about 15-20% on fireworks but overall not bad.

I've driven my 460 3 times now post oil change and I definitely do not have the hesitation issue. I'm happy about that for sure, however I am really questioning just how badly the last owner treated it/had a stupid tech touch it after discovering the smashed/cracked/damaged oil filter housing. New brakes also have bedded in very nicely and I have a decent grab when I tap the pedal, I have found it does help to do a actuator offset relearn on these if you want instant brakes.

When I get off the highway to head towards my house, there is a big park and ride lot where they have bus service down to DC and out to BWI airport. I have noticed that people park nice cars in there that they presumably don’t have room to park at their homes. I have noticed this extremely mint first gen LS:

I think this is the pre refresh 89-92, with 15” rims, 93-94 came with huge 16s. 😂

the way to tell is very early ones don't say LS on the back, just lexus... establishing 'the brand' and all that

also the original grille has more of a lattice appearance, the only other cosmetic change besides the 'huge' 16s lol

good find steve!

"LS400" wasn't printed on the first car at all until the 1995 refresh.

Off top of my head I'm thinking mid to late 1990's too.
Just a guess tho.
