The vents aren’t misaligned they are just adjustable. The screen doesn’t bother me, it’s all better integrated here than in the S Class. Design of the vents doesn’t bother me, this is the more youthful C Class

gotta be honest it irks me (or at least irked adjacent) how mercedes dealerships will have those lovely historical images on the walls as they're selling plastic rattly GLAs with cheap glitchy touch screens

I really like the new C Class. I'd be curious to hear your driving impressions after some days in it.

Look at the left center vent versus the right center vent in relation to placement of the tablet/screen. It’s obvious.

Obvious that the right center vent has been adjusted so that it is aimed down and to the right.

Dusty and dirty but nevertheless in great shape.

I like it. My car is done so I am taking it back here shortly, but I did put about 100 miles on the C today. Seats aren't that comfortable, and the hard plastics on the side of the console and the door panel make my legs sore, not sure if that is improved in upper trims. But, it drives great and rides nice, pretty quiet (63 db at 70 MPH, my S Class is 59, Pacifica is also 63), feels very solid at 80+ MPH speeds. Tech is good. I prefer a controller to the touchscreen, and the angle of the touchscreen means the fingerprints and dust are always right in your face. Doors shut with a nice thud and feel very substantial. All and all I like it. 4 cyl is terrible.

Its the photo, in person they are perfect. The right center vent is pointed down, they are adjustable.

"The coolant was low" Literally thats all they said. No insight as to why, "can find no evidence of any leaks", they topped off the coolant. The battery did fail the load test so I got a new battery out of the deal, and at least its on record during the warranty. I will replace the cap again...

The outside frame of the vents that you don’t move.

Look at right versus left.

It’s the photo, I’m telling you in person they line up fine.

I will say, getting back into my car makes me very thankful to be able to afford such a car lol. To say it’s night and day is an understatement.

I also do really prefer the old layout with the two screens and the non touchscreen to the new layout

Totally agree. The black bezels around the screen of the tablet looked terrible as well. Makes it look dated really quickly. Steve’s S-Class is much better

I don't know why they made the bezels so thick...

I also really dislike the crappy plastic console and sliding door they all have, including the S Class:

It looks like CF but its not, its just plastic with a carbon fiber look to it, looks like it belongs in a $25,000 car:

As compared to the previous C Class console:
