If they do redo the Quattroporte, it will have a HUGE grille.
That's literally what I said lol

Compared to the current A8 and S-Class, it's nowhere near as in-your-face.

So they literally could have designed any vehicle and you wouldn't have liked it.

The more I see this the more I think RR, especially in two-tone. I am liking it more and more since it has the same imposing upright vibe the latter always have

The massive twin kidney grills also push it in this direction as well

The Rolls-Royce resemblance dies with that overhang. Rolls have almost no front overhangs. The flat, stately wall of a nose is nothing like the nasty overbite we see on Beaver Motor Works.

I don't know why all of BMW's new sedans are adding on those silly huge front overhangs.

Even the brand new 5 Series has a huge overhang... looks like an Accord.

The BMW proportions look way better. The Rolls looks weird with the front wheels so close to the front where the rear are so faaaar away from the rear bumper

Welcome to classic RWD proportions. Rolls Royce set the benchmark for what a stately RWD flagship sedan would look like decades ago. BMW is closer to a Honda Accord than a Rolls.

The BMW I7 proportions still look better in the previous post

Since you love FWD cars so much, sure. But one thing is for certain- that BMW can only dream of looking like a Rolls Royce.

BMW provides the mechanical components and engines, but the actual design and assembly of the vehicles is still done in England at RR.

The guy who designed this current crop of BMW's came from Skoda, and it shows.
