so fisker is now 'taking reservations' for some new vehicle they call pear.

the website however, appears to offer ZERO details on the vehicle.

why would people place reservations for an unknown car from a company with such a lame track record?

I haven't seen a single Fisker Ocean. What the heck is a Fisker Pear

 

I wonder if funds are running dry over at Fisker, seems like they're looking at creative ways to build liquidity.

Not much details on the Ocean either. Not much technical specs. I think I've seen one on the road. It's on the pricey side, this is definitely built to appeal to Southern Californians

 

fiskers although have really nice designs I do think they have the best design in ev world, they are very risky to buy since they have gone bankrupt before you risk buying a brick if they go under again.

 

I think the original Fisker name is now back as Karma Automotive, the design is similar to the original Fisker Karma. I haven't researched that much to find out how the original bankrupt company is now two completely separate companies, other than from just buying the rights to the old names, Fisker and Karma. There's a Karma dealer close to me in Denver and I've always liked this design, now just a little more modern.

 

I have a prediction on this, whenever these vehicles come out, they will assuredly grace my streets here in Miami, particularly the part of southern Miami where I live. I have had friends from out of town come and say that they never saw a Fisker (the ones from like 10 years ago) until they saw them here in South Florida. Not a week has gone by over the last 10 years that I do not see one on the streets.
