2021 Mercedes S-Class (W223)
They are clearly chasing the Tesla crowd. I think one of the things I dislike the most is, Mercedes has always led the pack, this is the first time I can remember looking at some aspect of the S Class and saying that they really are following another manufacturer in design.

You better get your S class quick before the value of the current model goes up. Cars seem to grow on me over time and maybe this will but I would rather have the current model as I don’t like the gauge cluster at all. The center console screen isn’t bad though. As for the exterior, I like the front but really don’t like the rear.

I think old S Class is beautiful, and new S Class will most probably be stunning too.
Mercedes is probably the most consistent with styling across the entire motor industry.
A year later, nothing has changed with 5LS nor G90, but a continuing downward spiral.
I would love to lease an S Class, but my clients may think that I'm ripping them off - along with my gold Rolex?
Whereas a Lexus just looks like a very nice Toyota, just like an A8 is a very nice Volkswagen, with BMW as the intermediate between the conservative and the stylish.

anyway, i'm team audi, although the op is team MB and that's okay as the MB is a fine vehicle, i just prefer the restrained styling of the audi more than the curvaceousness of the MB. you can't go wrong with either vehicle, so go get the car already so i can see some pictures.
this is why you have to wear a glashutte original or something so that the average joe has no idea what you're wearing. i have a small watch collection that's actually quite valuable and includes an a lange und söhne and no one has ANY idea what i have on my wrist when i wear it (same is true for the glashutte original i have and most others in my collection save for the obligatory rolex) - no idea on the specialness nor the value of the AL&S timepiece.

If people ask, do you tell them it's just a fancy Swatch?
