Toyota Camry TRD and Avalon TRD
Looking back at this post, I can safely say I’d drive either one of these cars. I’d slap on some lowering springs and 5% tint.
I was in a 2019 Avalon that we had traded in and really enjoyed the car. It was similar to the ES but everything was a touch screen, which made the infotainment system easy to use.

Not even close. The first two generations of the SHO had a sweet Yamaha V6 that revved to 8000rpm and were available with a manual transmission. The third upped the ante to a Yamaha/Cosworth V8. The fourth and final had a Twin-Turbo V6 and AWD. They were true budget performance sedans.
The Avalon TRD, by contrast, has the same 3.5L V6 that has been in every Toyota since 1922
and....swaybars. <yawn>

This guy said 18lbs but didnt specify if it was per wheel. Oh well.
64 hp difference between the Avalon and current SHO. Avalon has more gears. Whatevs, at least Toyota has not cancelled their sedans and are doing something in their full size segment.
