One of the first nicely done fully displayed dashes I've seen

I love what I suspect are "oh crap, this thing is on fire" buttons down in the cupholder area.

I thought those were the ejector seat buttons... I guess they would work in a "oh crap, this thing is on fire... ejecting now!" situation.

Interesting 'sleek' version of COMAND. Also the exterior has a decent shape for a CUV. Add that Mercedes badge and your favorite color, and Benz will sell a ton of these.

They’ll need the Model Y (small SUV) soon. BMW and Audi can’t be far behind

if this is the size of glc then it doesn't compete with model x.

Doesn't matter, it's a sign of things to come. You think Mercedes and the lot will stop at small to midsize EV SUVs? Nope, they'll fill every niche they can, like they do their gas counterparts.

I also think Tesla is in trouble. The lack of tax incentives is a big problem for them now that they've run out, while these mainstream brands still have them.

This is a common misconception. The tax incentives have NOT run out for Tesla. They phase out slowly over time - the $7,500 option is gone but it simply drops down to $5k (I think that's right) for the next 6 months or so. Tax incentives will not be completely lost for roughly 24 months if memory serves.

Looks like a mix of Japanese and Chinese designs with MB badge.
