Not really digging that interior design, another stupid tablet touchscreen design. I like the Genesis G90 more traditional interior better. Maybe they will make some changes by the time it hits production.

yeah they'll make the g90 similar to this.
speaking of g90, on one review it points out that the prominent infotainment source control on the rear seats is for FM radio.
oddly though i just found this pic too...

Yeah, that is odd, but I think they just cheaped out on the buttons, to be honest. FM is probably the choice audio source for most drivers, outside of Bluetooth streaming I guess.
it's bentley butt smashed with the old infiniti q45 and a little bit of other stuff.
It looks like old man's car, which old rich men will not buy.
What they should have done is something in the spirit of the Stinger, but bigger. Something sporty, since Kia is supposed to be the sporty subsidiary, right?
Quite disappointing. This could have been a leading design, but it does nothing to stand out or even match competitors. The fastback styling is homely and nerdy, the vertical taillights are outdated, and the Crown Victoria dashboard is severely lacking style, luxury, and sport. Sorry Kia, you will not see any advancement with this model.
It looks decent, not as good looking as I had hoped, I like the interior of the G90 more but with that rear seat package the K9000 looks pretty nice. I wonder what pricing will be, the G90 is mid 60's to low 70's, the K9 would have to be priced lower then the G90 but higher then a fully loaded Stinger so I would imagine around 60K which is a hell of a lot of car for that kind of money especially if they offer rebates to make it even lower.
Alex on Autos reviewed one at the NY auto show. KIA has simplified the K900 to a single model: 3.3 TT V-6, 8 speed auto, & AWD. No pricing yet, but guess is in the low $60,000 range which would put it about $10,000 below the G90.

So then, how would you define an "old man's" car? I see guys from my (Baby-Boomer) generation driving Corvettes every day. I also see comparatively young people driving minivans.

Buick and Lincoln are clearly brands that have a hard time shaking the old man idea. But this new KIA looks nothing extraordinary. Old man style, perhaps.
