Actually, YOU are the idiot here. This was work that was supposed to have been done as part of the sale & then glass replacement, which the dealer doesn’t do, but you failed to understand that. They delivered my car back to me this morning with the hatch area looking like a tornado whipped through it. Everything was unsnapped & undone form where they checked the battery. It took two service visits for them to finally replace the radio that was clearly malfunctioning when they sold it to me. I’ve only been to the selling dealer in 15,000 miles, but I won’t go back. I’ll try another dealer 200 miles in another direction next time. Still no word from any manager on all their screwups. Clearly, this dealership must be friends with theory816, since they act so much alike. I got my car back, partially repaired & it didn’t cost me anything & I have a very reputable glass shop set up to replace the windshield since the dealer just couldn’t be bothered with installing OEM parts. I think this thread needs to be closed.
