Hi,

I am hoping to solicit reviews of Northwest Lexus in Buffalo.
I have to go a US dealer for valve spring recall on my US LS460L.

The closest US Lexus dealer to TO is Northwest Lexus in Buffalo.

Any opinions good/bad about their service department would be very helpful.

Why won't the canadian dealer do it?

 

Northwest Lexus in buffalo sinks! I live in Toronto and went down and bought my IS250 from them. For starters their standards for what a Pre-certified Lexus shoud be are lower from the Lexus dealer in toronto. So if you are buying a car from there inspect the car thoroughly and don't take for granted its fine because your buying from Lexus dealership. Also, if your from toronto and go there to service your car your not a top priority. they care more about the local customers. the only time i went there to service my car and left the car all day and took a loaner for the day. i came back around closing and they didn't even look at my car! No joke. I drove all the way there and left it there for 10 hours and they were too busy to look at my car even though i had an appointment. They did nothing to make the situation right.
