Honda Civic will never aim at the Veloster Turbo. A center exhaust means nothing. Based on that single element you could say it's aimed at the Mini Cooper S all the way to a Lamborghini Aventador.
Civic Si has been around way longer than the Hyundai. They're just trying to do something to set the Si apart from the standard Civic Coupes.
