Also don't know about the rumors and i would be surprised if Lexus went this route, but I wouldn't mind if the SC went on to counter the SL with a convertible top and they developed an LC to counter the CL. I would so be interested in the LC then.

Any SL competitor should be based on the next LS.

I don't think basing an SL competitor on the LS platform would be very wise...probably makes more sense to use the GS chassis. It's much lighter and a bit smaller.

A CL competitor on the LS platform? Yes. SL? I can't see that.

It looks like the 3 LED projector beams will be a continuing theme across the Lexus brand. It's probably the reason why the GS line lost the quad headlights. We lost something with the GS, but gained something with the brand. I personally love it.

This is going to be awesome. Since it's being designed by the Calty Team, this will rock. I hope they put Erwin Lui, one of the original designers of the epic SC400, on the project.

Since the color is red most likely this will represent a sporty car as oppose to the grey/silver prototype cars of Lexus sedans.

Maybe the SC is making a comeback and I hope it's bigtime...All hail the 3SC!

The incredible details would suggest that we are looking at a Concept that is already rolling..

.. Plus you can see the rolling marks & dust on the tire treads.

LF-Gh = new GS line

LF-Ch = new CT200 h

LF-Sh = new LS Line

Funny. That 2013 BMW 6 Series Gran Sedan is just that a four door sedan/saloon within the 6 Series.
