Which lexus models have you driven?
It would be interesting to know which Lexus models have you driven? And from the cars you've driven, which was the best in your opinion (and what have you yourself got at the moment)?
This is the list of the models I have driven:

GS450h (3rd gen)

The LFA was an experience in itself, and something else than the rest of these. But from the "normal" cars my favorite is definitely the 4th gen GS450h. At the moment I've got a 2nd gen LS400 and an IS250 myself.

Lets see:
1995 LS400- very serene and rode awesome, great highway cruiser
2003 IS300- manual, great handling, very light, very tight feeling, would just dive to the apex in a corner. Ride was reasonable as well, a bit stiff but not overly so.
2001 IS300- automatic, same great handling, but the automatic gearbox was slower and zapped a lot of the fun out of the car. The manual car was noticably faster
1995 SC400- this one was a junker with 150k miles on it, had been abused and trashed. Still ran/drove great , didn't clunk over the bumps and the steering was tight, but half the lights/gauges on the dash didn't work, interior was nasty.
1992 SC300- manual. This is my car I bought with 60k on it. Just as fast as the IS300 I mentioned earlier, but it does have a nicer ride and doesn't have that immediate dart to the apex of a corner feel. Its a more solid and substantial feeling car though.
2003 LX470- Man what a tank. Loved this thing, even though it was IMO kind of pokey compared to an Escalade I had driven earlier and handled like an elephant. That commanding view of the road, the magic carpet ride, the quietness, it didn't squeak or rattle, all the room, I'd take it over an LS400(or the Escalade) if it weren't for the 10mpg fuel economy.

So the answer is almost all of them. I need to drive an RC, and I need to drive a 3LX.
What is my favorite? The LS is my favorite Lexus of all time. Which LS is my favorite? I like them all for different reasons. The refresh 2LS is probably my favorite because thats what my Dad had and thats what got me into Lexus. I didn't care for the pre-refresh 3LS styling, but they addressed that in the refresh model and I like the stately, upright styling of that. I also really enjoy my 4LS.
As for outside of the LS what is my favorite Lexus? Easily the 4GS.
I've owned: 98 LS, 04 LS, 03 ES, 10 ES, 13 GS and 15 LS. The favorite Lexus I've owned? Like I said I have a soft spot for that 98 LS, but so far I really love my LS, but it would be a close call between my 4LS and my GS. The GS is a car that surprised me and that I liked it way more than I thought I would.

I like the RCF love the rev sound but the car feel a little heavy the exhaust could be a little sporty. It is so quiet for a V8. It would be nice to have AVS suspension set up. I hope the refresh would be more power like higher RPM and lighter.
Wish I can drive a lap in the LFA!

I owned a bright yellow IS300 for roughly 5 years. And I have test-driven (usually for auto reviews, helping someone else shop for one, or for my own curiosity), just about everything with an American-market Lexus nameplate except for the LF-A, the new RC coupe (I will sample an RC probably fairly soon), the GS-F, and the LS600H hybrid.
In general, I felt that the most comfortable overall was the LS430, the LS460 the most refined, the HS250 the most disappointing overall, the 1Gen IS-F powerful but also the most uncomfortable (its suspension over sharp bumps was awful), the RX350 the most practical, the 4Gen ES330 the best value for the money, the 1Gen IS300 (which I owned) the most interesting and arguably the most solidly-built, the CT200h the most un-Lexus-like (it should have been marketed as a Toyota, IMO), and the 1Gen SC300/400 not only beautifully styled, but also the most enjoying to drive from a drivers' point of view.....it had quick, sharp, responsive steering without a stiff ride.

'99 LS400. Quiet, comfortable car inherited from my father. Just too big and floaty for me.
'01 GS300. Great car that needed more torque.
'99 SC300. Great car that just needed updated technology.
'03 GS300 Sportdesign. Again, great car that needed more torque. Hit the rev limiter many times using the shift paddles.
'03 SC430. Great car with the top down. Felt every bump with the runflat tires, yet it couldn't handle its way out of a paper bag.
'05 SC430. Don't know why I did it again. Well, okay, I had a Mazda MX-5 convertible that just wore me down on the highway with the high revs and the noise, so I wanted something quieter. SC430 same as above but changed runflats for Michelin Pilot Sports. Some improvement in handling, but not much.
'13 GS350 F Sport. Fantastic car all the way around. Great handling, great noises, great interior.
CT. Loaner car. Rough on the road. Good torque off the line but quickly loses steam.
'14 IS250. Loaner car, lots of road noise and not much "go".
'14 ES350. Loaner car. Good straight-line pickup, cornered like a marshmallow, seats too short to be comfortable.
With the exception of the last 3, these were all cars I owned.

I've driven many IS's, ES's, RX's, CT's, and one GS. My ride in an IS-F was the most memorable. I thought the exhaust note sounded like an F1, and the cornering grip rivaled some Six Flags Magic Mountain rides. If ever I had a situation where I could afford two cars, I'd have one Lexus SUV and a very low-mileage IS-F.
Now I wonder if the new RC-F is all what the first IS-F was, plus more? Actually I rather not know, because them I'll probably want three cars!
