Looks badass. Love it. Now anyone that spent $100k on this thing wont get mistaken for a slightly less expensive LC. All the European models look so boring in comparison.

I do use the KM readouts from time to time. For those of us up north who make somewhat frequent trips into Canada, it can come in pretty handy.

Looks better than the leaked photos but it reminds me too much of the Infiniti QX with a different grille. The front looks like the GX. I need to see one in person or better photos.

It's a truck engine. These engines are tuned differently and produce less HP than engines with a similar displacement used in cars.

6.2L gas V8 in Ford Super Duty produces 385HP which is even less than 5.7L in LX.

I don't see any similarity to the QX80. The headlights of the QX80 are placed much lower and make the front look like Frankenstein with a huge bulged forehead. The new LX has its headlights flush with the hood, making it look much sharper, more streamlined and better proportioned.

I like it!
Now it has all the tech options.
I never understood how a $90K+ LX didn't even have Blind spot monitors.

I'm aware. I just thought for some reason it was more powerful than Infiniti's truck motor, the 5.6L V8 putting out 400hp.

Yup. Big disappointment. The LX should have 450 minimum. The new updated G class is gonna have a new twin turbo 8 and a hand crafted V12.

Direct Injection is what is limiting it.

So what? It just means that Lexus doesn't yet have an LX-F to compete with G63 AMG. The LX570 still compares favorably against the 382hp G550 that costs a whopping $30k+ more.

Lexus (Toyota) could at least put some effort into the engines.
